- Complete an online housing application: $15 application fee & $200 pre-payment
- Complete the online background screening
- Sign your summer lease
Important Facts
- The $200 prepayment applies toward your rent and is fully refundable before April 1, 2024
- All requested roommates must lease within the same summer term.
- Rates are subject to change based on demand.
- The most popular unit types typically start to sell out in February.
