- Click “Start Booking & View Rates” below.
- Select your Lease Term based on your stay dates.
- Choose your Move-In & Move-Out Dates to see available floor plans.
- Click “Calculate Total” to view your estimated cost.
- Select your Preferred Unit and select "Add to Cart".
Then complete the remaining steps to submit your Summer 2026 application!
Additional Information
- The $200 prepayment applies toward your rent and is fully refundable before April 01, 2026.
- All requested roommates must lease within the same summer term.
- Rates are subject to change based on demand.
- The most popular unit types typically start to sell out in February.
