1. Click “Start Booking & View Rates” below.
2. Select your Lease Term based on your stay dates.
3. Choose your Move-In & Move-Out Dates to see available floor plans.
4. Click “Calculate Total” to view your estimated cost.
5. Select your Preferred Unit and select "Add to Cart".

Then complete the remaining steps to submit your Summer 2026 application!  

Additional Information

• The $200 prepayment applies toward your rent and is fully refundable before April 01, 2026.
• All requested roommates must lease within the same summer term.
• Rates are subject to change based on demand.
• Unit types typically start to sell out in February.
